Clay Hinds

Born in Dallas and now residing in Waxahachie, Clay Hinds is a life-long Texan who prides himself on his reputation as a highly skilled litigator dedicated to meeting the needs of his clients. Clay graduated from Waxahachie High School before receiving his preparatory education from Southern Methodist University (Bachelor of Arts, 1985). He attended law school at St. Mary’s University of San Antonio (Juris Doctor, 1988).

With over eighteen years of experience as a trial attorney, Clay Hinds has handled a wide variety civil and criminal matters, with a focus on assisting individuals with serious personal injuries.

Clay is a member of the Ellis County Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mary Pitner

Mary Pitner, the daughter of native Texans, was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas. After returning to Texas, Mary attended Midlothian High School in Midlothian, Texas and graduated as Salutatorian. A National Merit Scholar, Mary received her preparatory education from the University of North Texas (Bachelor of Social Work, 2002), and attended law school at Texas Wesleyan University (Juris Doctor, 2006), where she was a member of Law Review and graduated in the top ten percent of her class.

Now a resident of Waxahachie, Mary has begun to practice in a variety of areas, including but not limited to Child Protective Services cases, family law, and workers’ compensation.

Mary is a member of the Ellis County Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.
